A journal to keep your thoughts, and feelings in. PLEASE write in your journal EVERY DAY. I have written each day in my journal (life got busy, and it was harder to remember for some days than others) and looking back now, reading my notes, I am empowered for the future.
My Own Experience:
I was super hungry at breakfast, but my stomach is adjusting, and I feel better mentally. I think its helped that I found Almond butter (macy’s has organic, and its yummy) and I put that on rice cakes, ooooh that tastes good. I have added a vegetable based protein, and the TerraGreens from DoTERRA and they are HEAVEN sent! Everything I eat is FRESH. I love the almond milk, smoothie, with blue berries, and strawberries and pea protein. I feel lighter already (inside:)).
Today was better. I felt more energy, and not so many cravings. I am putting things together that I never thought possible! I feel like there is a whole new world of health that I have been missing out on! I love how I feel.
Who would have thought I loved fish! Brown rice and fish are the best for keeping my energy up with the workouts. I love sweating and getting all the toxins out too!
