If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either be issued a full refund or exchange it for another service I offer (at the same price point).  Any unused personal training after 30 days from original purchase date will not be refunded. In regards to apparel or goods sold, returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. I will do everything I can to get you your results,  but ultimately its you who has to make the necessary changes to reach them!
