Types of Training Offered

Monthly Shockfit Training:
Come get your workout on 4-5 days a week here in beautiful Petersboro, UT. The Garage Gym is set up with a variety of equipment. Some includes pull up bars, bags, rubber flooring, kettle bells, bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, boxes an exercise bike and more—all geared towards getting you results. Give it a try today!
  • Elite Shockfit Training (EST): This class is usually M/Tu/Th/Fr 5:30am-6:30am (plus random days marked on the calendar). We get up at the crack of dawn, and WORK HARD. If you are just starting out with your workouts, and trying to “get back into shape”, this may not be the class for you. Be ready to give 100%, and then give a little more. Space is limited, call for availability.
  • Intermediate Shockfit Training (IST): This class is on M/Tu/We/Th/F 6:30-7:30 am and MWF 9-10 am. Its a great place for any Intermediate/beginner to start. Please note, “easy” really isn’t in my vocabulary, so be ready to work hard, just a step below the Elite Shockfit Athletes. (Children welcome with some restrictions*)
  • Morning Youth Conditioning: Youth can get into great shape for life, and/or their sport. Currently conditioning for all sports. Ages 6-12 (and Parents) welcome! Call for availability

Team Sports Conditioning:

Get your teams to be faster, stronger and have more endurance than their opponents. I can guarantee they will out play, out run and hopefully out score the other teams!
Your team will be challenged with many types of sports conditioning exercises, including HIIT training, plyometrics, circuit training. muscle building, endurance drills, core strength and more. As the player gets stronger their coordination will increase, they will react quicker in their sport, their endurance will improve and they will reduce the risk of injuries because their core muscles will be stronger.

 
Personal Training:
Let me be your personal trainer. I have 14+ years of experience. I can offer you any type of training. I like to work every muscle group, and challenge your body to the MAX. Some workouts could include: Bags, Crossfit/Boot Camp type workouts, core training, circuit training, muscle building, body toning and more. I can workout with you here in the gym (use my equipment) meet you at your gym, or come to your house. I will get you set up on a meal plan, perform a fitness assessment, and get your measurements, body fat percentage, and body weight. You will not be disappointed!
 
Nutrition Coaching:
I have lots of experience in Nutrition. My approach is a full lifestyle change, so if your not ready to commit, don’t come talk to  me! I want to get you results, and this is the best way. We will first focus on the 5 Elements of Wellness. Then we will create a “Lifestyle Diet.” You will be required to check in with me daily online. A full nutrition plan will be mapped out, and you will get results—I guarantee it!
Online Coaching:
If you live far away no worries! With my extensive library of personal videos, I can train you online! I will communicate with you over Skype, email, and Google Drive. You will receive all the keys that you need for a successful lifestyle change!
